Job Responsibilities:
- ●Incoming Material Inspection: Conduct quality checks on watch components (movements, cases, straps, glass) to ensure they meet required standards.
- ●Production Process Monitoring: Supervise key production processes (assembly, polishing, plating, hand installation) to ensure defect-free manufacturing.
- ●Finished Product Testing: Use professional testing equipment (timegrapher, waterproof tester, constant temperature & humidity chamber) to assess accuracy, water resistance, and durability.
- ●Defective Analysis & Improvement: Analyze defect rates, identify root causes, and help optimize production processes.
- ●Quality Standards Compliance: Ensure all inspections follow ISO 9001 quality management system, meeting company and customer requirements.
Qualifications:
●Minimum of 2 years of experience in watch manufacturing or the precision industry’s quality control.
●Proficient in using timegrapher, waterproof tester, and hairspring adjustment equipment.
●Strong understanding of watch structure, movement mechanisms, and metalworking with the ability to identify common defects.
●Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management system; quality certification is a plus.
●Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications:

●Proficiency in AI, Photoshop, Rhino, Pro/E, SolidWorks, KeyShot, and other design/rendering software.
●Strong sketching skills, able to quickly visualize design concepts.
●In-depth knowledge of watch structures, case materials, strap craftsmanship, and market trends.
●Creative mindset, capable of integrating fashion, technology, and traditional craftsmanship into innovative designs.
●Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with marketing, R&D, and production teams.
