Order Process

NAVIFORCE Watch Order Process

Step1

Contact Us

Please send us an inquiry through official@naviforce.com, with details requirements.

Step2

Confirm Details & Quotation

Confirm the watch case and details design such as dial, material, movement, packaging and so on. Then we wwill provide you an accurate quotation based on your needs.

Step3

Payment Processed

Production will start once the designs and payment are confirmed.

Step4

Drawing Checking

Our technician and designer will will offer a drawing of the watch for final confirmation before production, to avoid any mistake.

Step5

Watch parts processed & IQC

Before assembly, our IQC department will inspect the case, dial, hands, surface, lugs, and strap to ensure quality. You can request photos at this stage.

Step6

Assembly Watches & Process QC

Once all parts have passed inspection, assembly occurs in a clean room. After assembly, each watch undergoes PQC, including checks for appearance, functionality, and water resistance. Photo inspections can be requested at this stage.

Step7

Final QC

After assembly, a final quality check is performed, including drop tests and accuracy tests. Once complete, we will conduct a final inspection to ensure everything is in order.

Step8

Inspection & Payment of Balance

After the customer inspects the goods and pays the balance, we will prepare for packaging.

Packing

We offer two packging options for our customers. Free packing or NAVIFORCE Watch Box.

Step11

Warranty of NAVIFORCE

All goods will be 100% passes three QC before shipment. Any problems that you find after receiving the goods, please contact us immediately for solutions. We provide 1 year warranty for the NAVIFORCE brand watches from the date of delivery.

Confirm Details & Quotation

Confirm the watch model and quantity, including product model, quantity of each color, packaging method, and so on. Then we will provide you with an accurate quotation based on your needs.

Payment Processed

Packing and shipment preparation will begin once the model, quantity, price, and payment are confirmed.

Packing
We offer two packing options for our customers. Free packing or NAVIFORCE Watch Box.

Step5

Delivery

We will dispatch the goods by air express or by plane or by sea, decided by the customers. If you have a cooperative freight forwarder, we can also ask for the goods to be delivered to a designated handover location.The cost mostly depends on the final choice for the watches volume, weight and shipping method, for sure we will recommending the most economic one for you.
