Warranty Policy

GUANGZHOU NAVIFORCE Watch CO., LTD, as a professional brand watch manufacturer, is committed to providing high-quality products and services. This warranty policy outlines the terms and conditions for our watch products. If a product experiences quality issues under normal use, we will make every effort to provide support. By purchasing our products, you agree to the following warranty terms. Please read the following carefully to ensure you fully understand your warranty rights.
1. Warranty Period
NAVIFORCE Brand Watches: 1-year warranty, calculated from the date the customer confirms receipt.
Customized Watches: 1-year warranty, calculated from the date the customer confirms receipt.

2. Warranty Coverage and Policy
All products sold by GUANGZHOU NAVIFORCE Watch CO., LTD are eligible for repair or replacement within the warranty period if quality issues occur.
Repair Time: The repair duration depends on the extent of the damage. The repair timeline is for reference only and not a guaranteed commitment. Some special products may not be covered under this repair timeline.
Replacement Policy: If the product meets the replacement conditions within the warranty period, we will provide a replacement product of the same specifications. The replacement product will have the same warranty rights as the original product.
Shipping Costs: The logistics costs incurred during the repair or replacement process will be discussed and negotiated with the sales team.

3. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
The following conditions are not covered by the warranty:
Damage caused by misuse, including accidents, drops, improper handling, etc.;
Water damage resulting from exceeding the product’s specified water resistance level;
Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, discoloration, or aging of the watch strap, case, or glass;
Unauthorized repairs or modifications, including repairs by non-official service centers, unauthorized disassembly, or internal modifications;
Loss or theft of the product;
Damage caused by exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., high temperatures, chemicals, magnetic fields, etc.);
Damage resulting from force majeure events, such as natural disasters, wars, or policy changes.

4. Warranty Limitations
This warranty policy applies only to wholesale buyers and does not cover end consumers.
Repairs or replacements will not extend the original warranty period, but repaired products will be covered under a 30-day repair quality guarantee from the date of return.
Any unauthorized repairs or modifications will void the warranty, including but not limited to repairs conducted by unauthorized service centers or personal disassembly.
GUANGZHOU NAVIFORCE Watch CO., LTD reserves the final interpretation rights and may adjust or handle specific cases as necessary.
